§ 50-18. Duty of occupants of vessels for adjacent property.

Persons in charge of or occupying vessels shall at all times keep the docks, seawalls and premises adjacent to such vessels in a neat and orderly manner and free from trash, rubbish, repair parts, machinery, equipment and debris of all kinds.
