§ 50-16. Night skiing prohibited.

No operator of any vessel shall have in tow or shall otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on water skis or a water sled, surfboard or other similar contrivance during the period from one hour after sunset to one hour prior to sunrise. No person shall permit himself or herself to be towed on water skis or a water sled, surfboard or similar contrivance during such period.
