§ 50-14. Speed of motorboats on portions of Black River.

(a)As used in this section, the term "slow-no wake speed" means a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.(b)On the following portions of the Black River, no person shall operate any motorboat at a speed in excess of a slow-no wake speed:(1)R 281.774.3. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at its mouth at the St. Clair River to the Grand Trunk Western Railroad bridge, a distance of 8,000 feet, more or less.(2)R 281.774.18. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at a point 600 feet southeast of the Interstate Highway I-94 bridge to a point 2,100 feet southeast of the bridge.(3)R 281.774.4. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at a point 600 feet southeast of the Interstate Highway I-94 bridge to a point 800 feet northwest of the bridge.(4)R 281.774.5. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at a point 1,000 feet south of the intersection of the Black River and the Black River Canal to a point 500 feet northwest of the intersection.[6-26-2017 by Ord.
