§ 50-14. Speed of motorboats on portions of Black River.

  • (a) 
    As used in this section, the term "slow-no wake speed" means a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.
    (b) 
    On the following portions of the Black River, no person shall operate any motorboat at a speed in excess of a slow-no wake speed:
    (1) 
    R 281.774.3. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at its mouth at the St. Clair River to the Grand Trunk Western Railroad bridge, a distance of 8,000 feet, more or less.
    (2) 
    R 281.774.18. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at a point 600 feet southeast of the Interstate Highway I-94 bridge to a point 2,100 feet southeast of the bridge.
    (3) 
    R 281.774.4. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at a point 600 feet southeast of the Interstate Highway I-94 bridge to a point 800 feet northwest of the bridge.
    (4) 
    R 281.774.5. On the waters of the Black River, commencing at a point 1,000 feet south of the intersection of the Black River and the Black River Canal to a point 500 feet northwest of the intersection.
