§ 50-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

VESSEL

Any description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used for transportation on water.

WATERWAY

Includes any waters, waterway, lake, river, canal or connecting waters within the boundaries of the City and under its jurisdiction.
