§ 46-101. Damaging or driving over bumpers or curbs in off-street parking lot.

No person shall move or deface or damage any of the concrete or wood bumpers or concrete curbing installed in or along the boundaries of any off-street parking areas or drive any motor vehicle over such bumpers or curbs.
