§ 2-290. Cemeteries Division.

The Cemeteries Division shall have the responsibility, management and operation of all City-owned cemeteries, including the development and expansion of cemeteries, when necessary, and also the formulation and accurate maintenance of a complete set of cemetery records at all times.
